Eryn Lewis, Wellness Coach and Well-being Collective Student Lead

"If I had to take one thing away from my experience as a Wellness Coach, it's to help people be a guide in exploring themselves and life's transitions.

Be genuinely curious about people. People can tell if you are like, half interested in them and learning about them. That genuineness is really important. I think that opens up a lot of doors for people to feel more comfortable being vulnerable.

Now that I'm post-grad, I'm learning that although college is such an explorative and transitional space, I'm learning that there are different periods in your life where you're exploring and you're trying to figure out yourself.

Life is hard, right? The more that we as humans can learn about ourselves and learn about what we truly desire for ourselves and who we want to be, where we want to go, what we want to see. I think that's really what being human is about.

If I can support people in figuring that out, I think that's the most meaningful thing I could do."
